My name is Pagett Smith and I’m obsessed with floor plans.

It started when I was 12 years old and lead me to a degree in Interior Design from Baylor University, followed by a career in the Hospitality Design industry. I live in the Dallas area with my husband and high-school daughter. When we bought our current house — a 1970 split-level with very few updates — my husband said, “It looks like it’s haunted by the Brady Bunch.” But I knew with the right plan it would become the home we love.
